[:en]This entire project was sold to the company Natland in 2017. It’s a pity as we really wanted to build these wonderful villas designed by Martin Sladky and DeFacto studio. We’ll try to build them elsewhere. We wish a hearty good luck to Natland.
We wanted to build seven exclusive villas with a common architectural concept in the area of Art club Lipence. Theses villas were created with the aim to please even the most demanding customer. The project site is located on the plot between the existing streets Černošická and Oddechova. The trees and mature vegetation ensure the privacy of the site and the villas. Visual spatial connections and art elements of individual villas give each part of the site a distinctive character and unique identity.
For those who like generous space, the best choice would be the villas A, B, C. Although similar in looks they differ in their interior designs. The design of villa D puts an emphasis on the visual connection of the building with the outside garden and landscape in the area. Villa E stands out not only thanks to its unique design and barrier-free access, but also thanks to a whole floor designed as a living space for guests and visitors. Villa F is similar to villa D, although, it provides more space and the floor for the elderly people or guests. Villa G is the architectural pinnacle of the entire area and provides all the attributes of the exclusive housing for a large family. The villa has a stunning interior space visually connected with the outside garden and the surrounding landscape. The villas are designed to ensure low energy maintenance, fitted with underfloor heating sourced from a heat pump.
Art club Praha Lipence lies in the beautiful natural landscape, surrounded by Brdy mountains and the picturesque river Berounka, however, the region still belongs to Prague 5 Lipence. The area of the Art club consists of 7 beautiful, architecturally unique villas, resembling the architecture of California or on the French Côte d’Azur. This smaller luxury residential project is adorned with modern art pieces to please the taste of the cultural and successful people. The entrance gate of the fenced territory is accessible only to the homeowners and their visitors. The art club lies directly on the cycle route Prague – Karlstejn and in the close vicinity of the golf course Zbraslav. The legendary residence Kazín is located less than 2 km from the site. This venue is easily accessible in terms of transport infrastructure (there is a bus stop just 100m away from the property), the access is ensured both by the city bus to the subway station Smíchovské nádraží (15 minutes) and by car along the Strakonice highway.
The individual houses have a living area ranging from 280 to 610 m2 and adjacent plots of land range from 800 – 2000 m2. A garage for 2 cars is a matter-of-fact facility. The houses are perfectly nested in the private gardens. The aim of the project is to create a beautiful and comfortable living space connected integrating art and nature, adding to the beauty of Prague and to the pride of ownership of everyone who will find home in these houses.[:cs]Tento projekt jsme prodali jako celek společnosti Natland v roce 2017. Je nám to líto, protože jsme tyto nádherné vily od Martina Sladkého a studia DeFakto chtěli postavit. Pokusíme se je postavit jinde. Natlandu přejeme srdečně hodně štěstí.
V areálu Art club Lipence je navrženo sedm exklusivních vil se společným architektonickým konceptem, ze kterých si vybere i ten nejnáročnější klient. Projekt je situován na pozemku mezi stávajícími ulicemi Černošická a Oddechová. Soukromí pozemků a interiérů zajišťují stromy a vzrostlá zeleň. Vizuální prostorové vazby a umělecké prvky u jednotlivých vil dodávají každé části areálu svébytný charakter a identitu.
Pro ty, kteří mají rádi velkorysé prostory, jsou navrženy vily A, B, C. Na pohled podobné vily jsou odlišné ve své dispozici. U vily D byl kladen důraz na vizuální propojení interiéru s vnější zahradou a krajinou v okolí. Vila E upoutá pozornost nejen svým designem a bezbariérovostí, ale také obytným patrem pro hosty. Vila F je podobná svým ztvárněním vile D, poskytuje však více prostoru a obytné patro pro seniory nebo hosty. Vila G je vyvrcholením celého areálu a splňuje všechny atributy exklusivního bydlení pro velkou rodinu. Vila disponuje velkolepým vnitřním prostorem, který je vizuálně propojený s vnější zahradou a okolní krajinou. Vily jsou navrženy s ohledem na nízkou energetickou náročnost, počítají s podlahovým vytápěním a zdrojem je tepelné čerpadlo.
Art club Praha Lipence leží v krásné přírodě, obklopený Brdskými vrchy a malebnou řekou Berounkou, ale stále na Praze 5 v Lipencích. Areál Art clubu tvoří 7 krásných, architektonicky ojedinělých vil, které jsou k vidění spíše v Kalifornii nebo na francouzském Azurovém pobřeží. Jedná se o menší luxusní projekt doplněný moderními uměleckými díly pro kultivované a úspěšné lidi. Oplocené území se vstupní bránou je přístupné pouze pro majitele domů a jejich návštěvy. Art club leží přímo na cyklotrase Praha – Karlštejn a zároveň v dosahu golfového hřiště Zbraslav. Legendární sídlo Kazín je vzdáleno necelé 2 km. Dopravně je tento projekt velmi dobře dostupný (pozemek je 100 m od zastávky MHD), a to jak městským autobusem k metru Smíchovské nádraží (cca 15 minut), tak automobilem po Strakonické výpadovce.
Jednotlivé domy mají obytnou plochu od 280 do 610 m2 a vlastní pozemky od 800 – 2000 m2. Garáž pro 2 auta je samozřejmostí. Domy jsou dokonale propojeny s vlastní zahradou. Cílem projektu je vytvořit krásné a příjemné bydlení spojené s přírodou a uměním, které bude ozdobou Prahy a chloubou každého, kdo bude v těchto domech bydlet.[:]
