About project
This unique high-quality attic apartment is located on one of the most prestigious addresses in the city center overlooking the Old Town. It is located on the 6th floor of a building completed between 1904 and 1905 by the well-known architect František Václavík according to the plans of architect Karel Janda. The corner house, standing opposite the Spanish Synagogue, features an expressive synthesis of Neo-Renaissance with Art Nouveau. Martin Moravec and Radka Valová from the architectural studio OOOOX took care of the exquisite interior design.
The dominant feature of the apartment is the living space facing three cardinal directions with a cozy study on a raised gallery with a view of Prague Castle. Part of this more than four meters high area is a kitchen that is directly connected to the dining room. The studio windows and southwest orientation provide this part of the apartment delicate feel and plenty of light.
The interior is equipped with world-class furniture, mainly from Konsepti. The main of the total of three bedrooms is one unit with a bathroom with a separate bath.
The total area of this truly exceptional flat is 217.55 m2, including a winter garden with an area of less than 11 m2.
